What length of contract is best?

Ideally, you’ll choose the contract length that is closest to the estimated completion of your next project. If you know you have enough work for a 6-month project, then hiring our team on a 6-month basis is perfect. (Yes, you can always ask to extend or renew your contract if you need more time!)

What kind of drafting services are available?

We offer both architectural and interior design drafting services for a comprehensive set of construction document needs. 2D and 3D rendering, floorplans, elevations, built-in details, etc. Our team can take this off of your plate.

What interior design services are offered?

With our team of remote interior design assistants, everything is accessible — design presentations, mood boards, sourcing, material selection, FF&E/FF&A, furniture specs, schedules, sample ordering, mockups, revisions, etc.

What about slow seasons?

This is what Studio Collaboration is designed for — to help you avoid slow seasons and provide flexibility with a team that is ready for when your slow period speeds up again. If, for whatever reason, you’re still working with Studio Collaboration during a contracted period and come up with lighter work — there is always more that can be done to get ahead. Ask your team to help with case studies and portfolio mockups, and ultimately get ready for when time isn’t as freely available. If your tier includes Graphic Design, work with them to generate more marketing visuals  and keep your brand fresh.

What kind of supervision is available for the remote team?

We track everything and can provide reports so you know exactly what your team is working on at any given time.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

We’re confident you’ll love the results! But if for any reason you're not completely happy with your experience within 14 days, we’ll offer a full refund and cancel the contract.  We’d also love your feedback to help us improve, but no questions asked — we just want to make sure you're happy.

Can I showcase my new team on my website?

While the team cannot be showcased on your website, they can be featured in client presentations and other one-on-one marketing efforts. Since our team members work across multiple studios, we prioritize clear communication to avoid any potential misrepresentation, ensuring your brand remains transparent.
